THE BUSINESS NEED:
The existing website presented several challenges, including an outdated design and poor navigation that made it difficult for staff users to manage their daily tasks and training and for trainee users to find course information and application forms due to a cluttered layout. Additionally, the website lacked interactivity and functionality, with features for course catalogs, class registration, and invoicing feeling clunky at best.
