It's no accident that Morgan’s title is Vice President of People. She has devoted her career to creating high-performance IT teams that deliver with excellence and integrity.

Morgan has over 15 years of executive level experience in many areas including Organizational Change Management,  IT  Service Delivery, Software-as-a-Service, Data Center Operations, Server Consolidation, and  Business Process Improvement. She has worked in diverse industries including Professional Services, Software Development, Telecommunications, Finance, and Utilities.

A motivational leader and trusted business partner, Morgan’s career represents significant achievements in maximizing business ROI from technology.  She has also successfully managed the operational needs of start-ups, high growth and mature companies, as well as turnarounds and reductions.

Morgan comes to Geneca from SPSS, an IBM company.  Here, as Director of Information Technology and Director of Business Development, her accomplishments ranged from building a successful Software-as-a-Service capability to construction and delivery of highly available, global IT services.  Prior to SPSS Morgan served as  PMO Executive and Manager of International Data Center Process Alignment at Telefonica;  Practice/Staff Manager at Ajilon; and Sr. IT Business Process and Software Development Methodologist at Alltel Information Services.

At Geneca, Morgan provides the guidance to scale people-related services and operations, as well as protect Geneca’s culture and values.

In her free time, Morgan has a special interest in coaching and mentoring women and young people in Information Technology.
