Mark Hattas Joins i.c.stars Board of Directors
Oakbrook Terrace, Il., Dec 20, 2009 -- Geneca is proud to announce that CEO, Mark Hattas, has been appointed to the Board of Directors of i.c. stars. Mark is also an active member of The Chicagoland Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors.
i.c. stars is a non-profit organization that provides IT career programs for inner city young adults. Geneca has been an active sponsor of i.c.stars since 2004, contributing to the expansion of its scholarship fund and intern placement program as well as providing financial support for sustained growth. Geneca also helped to establish an i.c.stars partnership with DePaul University to accept all i.c.stars alumni into DePaul’s College of Computing and Digital Media and School of New Learning Bachelors programs.
